Since using TechRoad we have had a great relationship across the board. Our staff are always able to call Lance (QLD Manager) to negotiate a machine for a precise job. If Lance is asked to come out to assist with appointing the correct machine then he does it with out an issue. Nothing is too hard for lance to assist us with. Lance will deliver promptly if we wish him to and pick up like wise.  Lance has always obliged to set the unit up and offer training to any of our people that require it on the spot.
 
The after sales assistance is very good.  Anytime we have a problem whether minor, large, our fault or Tech Roads fault, Lance is there very promptly to fix or replace and then talk about the cost later. It has never been a concern or a problem for call Lance to talk or visit any hour of the day or night. The after hours service is great.  He has proven to be truly a 24/7 guy and always happy to help.
