Client Hiring Procedure

     
 

CLIENT HIRING PROCEDURE 

Booking Procedure:                                                                    

Once you have requested a quote by phone and we discuss the details of the hire we ask you to email and confirm your details.
On our return email we attach the quote and our terms and conditions PLEASE READ.
To accept the quote and precede with the hire you sign the bottom and either fax 
or email it back with your message requirements.

Delivery Procedure

An invoice is emailed to you for payment

For a new customer the first 3 hires are COD  

Your payment options are Credit Card, Direct Deposit or cleared cheque

 Once payment is received a confirmation email is sent

 We check Google Earth for the best position, and the VMS size required

 We program your message/s into the VMS

 We book in your delivery day and time for the VMS

 Contact our 1800 650 750 for 24/7 assistance for message changes or issues

 For your security we lock the wheels and remove the tow bar

 The VMS is delivered, programmed with a schedule to switch on when required

 If you require a specific location we arrange for you to meet the driver on site

 Pickup Procedure

On the last hire day, a schedule is put in to blank the VMS at the desired time.

 When the hire finishes a driver will collect the VMS.

 Once back at the branch, the batteries and character boards are checked

 The trailer is checked for any damage that may have occurred on site.
